Our FM Helpdesk provides facilities support to managing agents, Landlord’s and tenants for multi tenanted and high end residential properties. This is the largest part of our company and we are currently providing this service to several managing agents and chartered surveyors. We tailor our FM Helpdesk service to each client to suit and create audit trail. We pair their needs for their property portfolio. Our helpdesk offers a consistent and professional service, freeing up time.

We offer the service to track and instruct insurance inspections and Risk Assessments to ensure the property remains compliant.
